48-business hour Cancellation policy:
I understand that unexpected events or work schedule changes can interfere with your ability to attend a scheduled appointment. For this reason, you may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 BUSINESS hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not provide 48 BUSINESS hours notice or if you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full session fee.
